The 35th edition of the Kent Property Market Report (KPMR) will be unveiled this November, bringing together the latest market intelligence, analysis and insights from across Kent and Medway.

Produced by Kent County Council and Caxtons Property Consultants, the annual report is recognised as one of the county’s leading sources of property and development intelligence. Each edition provides expert commentary, market analysis and updates on key development, regeneration and infrastructure projects shaping Kent’s future.

Covering investment, commercial development, industrial and logistics space, housing, regeneration and strategic growth sites, the report offers a comprehensive overview of Kent’s property market. It provides insight into the trends, opportunities and developments shaping the sector, while showcasing the important role property and development continue to play in supporting economic growth across the county.
